Built Around Better 3D Visualization. Driven by Better Service.
CGTech Rendering is a 3D visualization studio founded in 2019. We turn drawings, CAD files, sketches and product photos into photoreal renders for architects, developers, designers and brands. We also believe great images should come with straight answers, honest deadlines and a fixed price.
How CGTech Rendering Started
We started CGTech Rendering in 2019 after seeing the same complaint again and again. Plenty of studios could make a nice render. Far fewer would read the brief properly, reply to emails, hit the deadline and own their mistakes.
We began with detailed stills. As the work grew to include floor plans, animation, furniture and AR, and clients came from more countries, we built a proper process around it. One rule hasn’t changed: we find out what the images are for before we start.
A render is rarely just meant to look good. It might need to win a planning vote, sell an apartment off-plan or show a sofa in six fabrics. Knowing that changes how we frame the shot, light the scene and decide what detail matters.
Today we work remotely with clients around the world from our base in Texas. The approach is the same as day one: listen, build it right, check it twice and deliver on time.

CGTech Rendering opens, focused on architectural and product renders.
International Projects
We start taking on international projects.
A More Structured Workflow
We formalize our process: fixed quotes, preview stages and a quality check on every image.
Good Rendering Is Only Part of the Job
Software skills matter, but they’re not what most clients worry about. They worry about being understood, kept in the loop and not having to check our work for us. These are the rules we work by.
Understand Before We Create
We read your brief and files properly before we start and ask questions early. That saves rounds of revisions later.
Communicate Clearly
You’ll always know where your project stands, what we need from you and when the next preview is coming.
Pay Attention to the Details
A door that’s 10 cm too short or tiles at the wrong size make a render look fake. We get those details right from the start, not at the end.
Review Before Delivery
Every image is checked against your drawings before you see it. You shouldn’t have to find our mistakes.
Create for the Intended Purpose
A render for a design review and one for a billboard need different things. We ask where yours is going and build it for that.
Quality Is Built Into Every Stage
We don’t wait until the end to check quality. Work is reviewed at five points, from the brief to final delivery.
Project Review
Before we start, we check your brief, drawings, references and files, and confirm what you need.
Production Standards
While we build, we check geometry, proportions, materials, lighting and composition as we go.
Internal Review
A second look catches missing details, wrong materials and anything else that would make the image less believable.
Client Feedback
You see previews and send feedback while changes are still quick to make.
Final Quality Check
Before sending, we check the final files for quality, consistency, resolution and everything we agreed.
A Better 3D Visualization Experience Starts With Better Collaboration
Great renders are only half the job. The other half is understanding the project, keeping you updated, handling feedback well and adapting when plans change.
We put as much care into how we work with you as into the images themselves.
Our approach: understand the project first, keep you informed and make every step easy to follow.
Clear From the Beginning
Scope, deliverables, files and deadlines are agreed in writing before we start.
Communication That Keeps Projects Moving
Questions, feedback and revisions are kept in one place, so nothing gets lost and you always know what’s happening.
Feedback With a Purpose
Revisions are a normal part of the job, not a nuisance. We check each comment against the brief and make the change.
A Reliable Final Handover
We check the final work against what we agreed and send files in the right format and size for where they’re going.
Growing Through Projects, Challenges and Client Collaboration
Since 2019 we’ve worked on homes, offices, hotels, furniture collections and consumer products, each with its own challenges.
Every job teaches us something about reading drawings, planning the work or keeping clients updated.
We don’t use a fixed formula. We keep improving based on what real projects teach us.
What experience means to us: not how many years we’ve been doing this, but what we’ve learned and fixed along the way.
Where Our Story Began
The year CGTech Rendering was founded.
Project-by-Project Learning
Every brief makes us better at planning, communicating and delivering.
A Workflow That Keeps Evolving
Our process keeps getting tighter, from the first brief to the final file.
Long-Term Thinking
We want you to come back for the next project, and to recommend us to a colleague.
Ideas Become More Powerful When You Can See Them
At the end of the day, it’s about the pictures. Each one mixes accurate data, creative choices and attention to detail to make an idea easy to understand.
Every project looks different, but the goal is the same: an image that does the job you hired us for.
Questions About Working With Us
Common questions about who we are and how we work.
When was CGTech Rendering founded?
CGTech Rendering was founded in 2019. We’re based in Texas and work with clients worldwide on architectural, interior, furniture and product renders.
Who does CGTech Rendering work with?
Architects, real estate developers, interior designers, furniture brands, manufacturers and marketing agencies. Anyone who needs to show a building, room or product before it exists.
How does a project with CGTech Rendering begin?
Send us your drawings, models, dimensions, references and what you need. We’ll review it, ask about anything unclear and send a fixed quote, usually within one business day.
How does CGTech Rendering maintain quality?
We check the work at every stage, not just at the end: geometry, scale, materials, lighting and composition. Every final image is reviewed against your brief before delivery.
Can clients provide feedback during a project?
Yes. You’ll see previews at agreed stages and can request changes before the final render. Revisions continue until you approve.
Can CGTech Rendering work with clients remotely?
Yes. Almost all our clients work with us remotely. Files, previews and feedback are all shared online, wherever you are.
