- Scope & Size: Number of views, scene scale, props, materials, and custom requirements.
- Turnaround Time: Minimum 2–3 days for all projects (including reviews and quality checks); rushed or highly complex work extends this.
- Add-ons: Extra views, revisions beyond allowance, special effects (night renders, aerial views, etc.).

- Payment Structure: We require a 50% upfront deposit to initiate projects, with the remainder payable on final approval and delivery. Accepted methods include bank transfers, credit cards, or PayPal. Prices are in USD, excluding any applicable taxes (such as VAT for non-US clients).
- Intellectual Property: Rendered assets stay under CGtech Rendering’s ownership until full payment. Post-payment, you receive complete usage rights for any purpose, though we may feature the work in our portfolio unless specified otherwise.
- Revisions and Approvals: Progress checkpoints are provided, with up to two revision rounds included. Requests must occur within 7 days of delivery; further modifications are charged at $50–$100 hourly, depending on scope. Significant mid-project changes could alter the quote.
- Confidentiality: All submitted materials (e.g., designs, blueprints) are handled confidentially and not disclosed without your consent.
- Liability and Refunds: We commit to top-quality results but note that variables like real-world materials may affect exact replications.
